Good flexibility is vital for good muscle function. The benefits of regular stretching contribute to health, fitness and well-being. We provide a complete stretching programme from head to toe leaving you refreshed and vitalised. The programme lasts for approximately 1 hour and combines passive and active stretching methods. Where required, Therapists at the Stretch Clinic can teach clients safe and effective stretches for their own day to day maintenance.
